This website presents proposed web design services for business customers. The legal supplier details and final trading arrangements are still being confirmed. This preview does not accept binding orders or payments. These pages must be completed and reviewed before trading begins.
1. Business projects and inquiries
These proposed terms describe the intended process for websites bought for business purposes. This preview does not form a contract. Sending an inquiry, discussing the website or viewing a demo does not place a binding order. Consumer purchases require a separate assessment and are not accepted through this preview.
2. Written project agreement
Before work begins, the legal supplier must be identified and both parties must agree the written project scope: pages, functionality, materials, price and tax treatment, milestones, delivery, revisions and handover. The agreement must clearly list the pages and functionality to be supplied. Any differences from the website description must be stated clearly. Missing agreed items are corrected without using a design revision round; new requests outside the agreed scope require separate approval. Nothing in the agreement removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You receive a copy you can retain.
3. Prices and payment
The website price is a one-off $699 USD, including a simple logo, hover effects, a carefully designed background, optional click sounds, images if wanted and 2 design revision rounds. This is the proposed website fee, not a checkout offer. Any applicable tax and the final total are confirmed before agreement; no unannounced fee is added after acceptance. Displaying prices in USD does not imply U.S. establishment or U.S. tax registration. Danish VAT treatment, any applicable U.S. state or local sales tax, and any agreed transfer fees must be determined for the actual seller, customer location and transaction before acceptance. A USD price does not establish a tax exemption or U.S. registration.
No advance payment is required. The supplier builds the website according to the agreed written scope for the customer to review. Once the website is complete and the customer approves it, 100% of the agreed price is due. The agreed website files and a short handover guide are supplied after full payment. Payment is arranged with the identified legal supplier; this site collects no card details. Do not pay until you have the confirmed agreement and correct payment instructions.
4. Scope and third-party costs
Domain registration, renewals, hosting and external subscriptions are separate and paid by the customer. Domain registration, domain connection, hosting selection, setup and operation are arranged by the customer or their providers. The website service covers the agreed design and development work. Any external services must be named in the project scope.
5. Materials and delivery
Estimated delivery is 12–24 working days, measured from the agreed start once the brief is agreed and the required materials are received. The final schedule must be confirmed. Missing material, delayed feedback or external services may affect dates; any change must be communicated.
6. Revisions and extra work
The website includes 2 consolidated design revision rounds. A round means one collected list of changes within the agreed brief. Additional work or a changed brief requires approval of its price and effect on delivery before it begins. A revision round covers changes to design preferences within the agreed brief, such as colors, layout or wording. Fixing a defect in the agreed work is separate and does not use a revision round. For example, a button that does not work as agreed is a defect; requesting a different button color is a design revision. This distinction applies to the website service and does not restrict any applicable legal rights.
7. Approval, rights and handover
After full payment and approval, the customer receives the agreed website files and a short handover guide. Subject to third-party licenses, the customer receives a continuing, non-exclusive right to use the supplied website for their business, modify it and appoint another developer to maintain or develop it. This right does not depend on subscribing to the optional content-update service. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership of general templates, reusable tools or third-party components. Images, fonts, code libraries and external services remain subject to their applicable licenses and account terms. The supplier can only grant rights they are entitled to grant. The customer keeps their rights in their own supplied content and domain. The customer or their provider arranges domain registration, domain connection, hosting and publication. Hosting compatibility, any external service requirements and the exact handover deliverables must be confirmed in the written scope before the project is accepted.
Content and image permissions
You are welcome to send pictures of yourself, your team, products or completed work. Please confirm that you own or have permission to use supplied text, photos, logos and other material for the agreed website, and obtain any necessary permissions for identifiable people. Material found through Google or social media is not automatically licensed for reuse. A photographer may retain rights even if you paid for the photograph. Any third-party asset must have a license covering the intended website use and handover; credits and restrictions are recorded. The supplier must also have permission for material they introduce. A logo is not promised to be a registered or legally exclusive trademark.
8. Optional content updates
The website can include an optional $19 USD per month content-update service after launch. It is not required to buy the website and is not selected by default. The $19 USD fee is payable in advance on the 1st of each calendar month for that month’s service. The service start date is agreed in writing. It includes up to 5 small content updates per month, such as offers, discounts, addresses, opening hours and contact details. Send the requested changes to mailakshaydk@gmail.com. The service supplies updated website files; the customer or their hosting provider uploads and publishes them. Hosting access, hosting management and publication are not included. Hosting, domain fees, major new features and redesigns are separate.
To request cancellation, email mailakshaydk@gmail.com. The service commencement date and exact cancellation effective date must be agreed in writing before the monthly service starts. The billing period is a calendar month, paid in advance on the 1st. No recurring subscription is created by this preview.
9. Cancellation, delays and disputes
No advance payment is required. Until the completed website is approved and the customer proceeds, no website payment is due under this process. Following approval and payment, a change of mind alone does not qualify for a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If the supplier fails to deliver the paid-for agreed website, the payment is refunded. Applicable rights and remedies for defects, missing agreed work and breach of contract remain unaffected. This provision must be reviewed in the context of the actual agreement before trading; this preview does not claim legal approval. To report a problem, email mailakshaydk@gmail.com, stating the affected page and what was agreed. The issue will be compared with the written project scope. Missing agreed content or functionality will be corrected without using a design revision round. For example, if a contact form was agreed but only an email link was delivered, the agreed form must be supplied. A new feature outside the agreed brief requires a separate written agreement. If the issue cannot be resolved through correction, the appropriate next steps must be considered under the contract and applicable law.
10. Responsibilities and legal terms
The written project agreement must identify the actual parties, reasonable care and skill, agreed remedies, responsibilities, applicable law and dispute arrangements. No mandatory arbitration or blanket waiver of statutory rights is imposed by this preview. To raise a problem, email the supplier with the affected page and the agreed requirement. The parties first seek a written resolution; this does not remove access to remedies available under applicable law. It cannot exclude rights or liabilities that the applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No promise of guaranteed sales, ranking, uninterrupted third-party service or universal legal compliance is made.
11. Privacy and marketing
Project information must be handled according to the actual data-processing arrangements. If work involves access to personal information on the customer’s behalf, the relevant roles, instructions and any required processing agreement must be established first. An inquiry is not consent for an unrelated marketing mailing list.
