Commercial email for U.S. businesses
Valvio is based in Denmark and this edition is intended for U.S. business customers. A commercial offer must use accurate sender information and an honest subject, make its advertising purpose clear and include the sender’s valid physical postal address. The actual seller and postal address are still being confirmed; this preview is not a statement that an outreach campaign is ready to send.
How to stop marketing
Reply to a marketing message with “unsubscribe”, or email mailakshaydk@gmail.com asking to stop all marketing email. No fee, account creation or extra personal details beyond what is necessary to identify the address are required. The reply address must remain able to receive opt-out requests for at least 30 days after a message is sent. Requests must be honored within 10 business days; the planned practice is to stop as soon as the request is received. An opt-out is not permission to resume marketing later.
Records and privacy
A minimal do-not-contact record is used where necessary to respect an objection. Suppressed addresses must not be sold or transferred except where law permits a compliance service provider to handle suppression. Marketing should not be disguised as an invoice or service message. A business inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Contract-related replies and delivery messages are handled according to their actual purpose and applicable rules.
