This website presents proposed web design services for business customers. The legal supplier details and final trading arrangements are still being confirmed. This preview does not accept binding orders or payments. These pages must be completed and reviewed before trading begins.
Who is responsible?
Valvio is the brand used to present Akshayan’s web design work. The service is based in Denmark and this edition is intended for U.S. business customers. Questions about this preview can be sent to mailakshaydk@gmail.com. The legal supplier and data controller’s full identity, business address and any relevant registration details must be confirmed before the service accepts orders. Valvio is not presented as a U.S.-registered company.
Email-only contact
This website has no contact form, file upload, customer account or online checkout. Email addresses are displayed as selectable text. Copy the address into your email application to contact us. Clicking the address does not send any information. The separate “Email me” button opens Gmail with the public recipient address, the subject “My business website — Valvio” and an empty message body. Gmail may require sign-in and has its own privacy terms. No email is sent until you choose to send it in Gmail. Visiting a contact or thank-you page does not submit an inquiry.
Information you choose to provide
If you email us, your message may include your name, email address, business details and project requirements and any attachments you choose to send. Only share information necessary to discuss a business website. Do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Purposes and lawful grounds
Messages are used to answer your inquiry and discuss the requested project. Depending on the circumstances, the relevant ground may be steps you request before entering a contract, or legitimate interests in responding to a business representative. An inquiry is not permission to add you to a marketing list. Contractual and accounting obligations may apply if a project is agreed. The final controller must document the grounds that apply to the actual service.
Email providers and website hosting
Emails are handled by your email provider and the recipient mailbox provider, Google Gmail. Read Google’s Privacy Policy. The website is published through Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and protection. Visiting pages can involve technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request or security logs. No analytics or advertising scripts are intentionally added.
Project files and design tools
Project files and images are stored in Google Drive. Akshayan handles the project correspondence and files; service providers also process information under their own applicable terms. ChatGPT is intended to assist with website design, content and code. It is not embedded in this website and opening a page does not automatically send your message or files to ChatGPT. Before any identifiable customer material is supplied to an AI service, the necessary purpose, lawful basis, provider arrangements and data controls must be established. The final workflow is still being confirmed; this notice does not authorise unrestricted uploads of customer emails or photos. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and OpenAI’s Europe Privacy Policy.
International processing and provider arrangements
Email and hosting services may process information outside your country, including in the United States and other countries outside the EEA. Processing locations, provider roles, applicable contractual terms and any necessary transfer safeguards must be confirmed for the actual account arrangements. This preview does not claim that all processing takes place in Europe or that all provider checks are complete. Google states that consumer Gmail has no Data Processing Agreement and that Google does not act as a processor for that service; the actual roles and suitability must be assessed rather than assuming a Workspace agreement applies.
Retention and security
Removing the form does not delete earlier messages or provider records. No new inquiries are submitted to FormSubmit by this website. Historic form submissions remain subject to that provider’s retention and deletion arrangements. Email messages and attachments remain in the mailbox until handled under its retention arrangements; they are not automatically erased when a page is closed. The final controller must confirm necessary retention periods, access controls, account security and deletion routines before trading. HTTPS protects the website connection; it is not a promise that every provider or device is secure.
Business contact and marketing
If business contact information is obtained from a public business website or another permitted source for a relevant commercial offer, the message must identify the sender and the commercial purpose, provide the required contact and privacy information, and offer an easy way to stop marketing. A named business email can be personal information; its public availability does not remove applicable data-protection obligations. The actual source and the appropriate lawful basis must be documented before outreach. We do not add people who contact us to an unrelated mailing list. No advertising pixels or automated contact-list uploads are added to this website.
To stop marketing email, reply to the message or email mailakshaydk@gmail.com and ask to unsubscribe. See the Email Policy. A minimal suppression record may be needed to prevent further marketing; this is separate from keeping a full sales conversation.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law and grounds for processing, you may have rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict processing, receive portable data and object to processing. You can object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Rights are subject to their legal conditions. Contact mailakshaydk@gmail.com with a request.
Questions and complaints
Email us with a privacy question or rights request. You may also contact the Danish Data Protection Agency or the competent authority where applicable law gives you that right. U.S. privacy rights differ by state and by the business and processing involved; this preview does not claim that every state privacy statute applies to it.
Policy updates and browser signals
The date at the top identifies this version. Material changes are described in an updated notice, with additional notification where applicable law requires it. The page code does not implement cross-site advertising tracking or read a Do Not Track preference to change its behavior. Hosting and security providers may still process technical requests. Contact us to ask about your information or request correction or deletion, subject to applicable rights and legal retention needs.
External links
Third-party websites and email applications have their own privacy information. Opening a link may disclose technical information to that provider. There are no embedded social feeds, advertising pixels or analytics scripts intentionally added to this edition.
