Website and scope
The written agreement lists your pages, features and materials. Missing agreed work is corrected without using a design revision round. New requests outside that scope are agreed separately. Applicable legal rights are unaffected.
Fixed website price
The website price is $699 USD. Any optional extras are clearly stated and added only with your approval.
Delivery
The estimated delivery time is 12–24 working days. The expected delivery date is confirmed once the start date and required materials are in place.
Revisions
Your website includes 2 design revision rounds. Fixing defects in the agreed work does not use these rounds.
Cancellation and refunds
No advance payment is required. After approval and payment, a change of mind alone does not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable law. If the paid-for website is not delivered, payment is refunded. Applicable defect and contract rights remain unaffected.

How much does the website cost?

There is one website offer at a one-off $699 USD. Domain and hosting are separate. Optional ongoing content updates remain $19 USD/month and are not required. Any tax treatment and third-party costs are confirmed in the written agreement.

How does payment work?

You pay 100% only after the agreed website is complete and approved, before the files and a short handover guide are sent. No advance payment is required. A written scope and the applicable terms must be agreed before work starts. This website takes no payments. The legal supplier, invoice details and tax treatment must be confirmed before an order is accepted.

How many design revisions are included?

You have 2 design revision rounds to tell me what you would like changed within the agreed brief. Send one collected list of changes in each round. Fixing defects or missing agreed work does not use these rounds.

What is included?

A beautiful business website, a simple logo, hover effects, a carefully designed background, optional click sounds and images if you would like them. The design adapts to desktop, iPad and mobile. You receive the agreed files and a short guide after full payment.

Can I send my own pictures?

Yes. You are very welcome to email photos of yourself, your team, your products or the work you do, so we can include them in the website. Please only send pictures you own or have permission to use, including permission from identifiable people where needed.

Do bug fixes use a revision round?

No. Fixing a defect or missing agreed work does not use a design revision round. New requests outside the written brief are agreed separately.
